Spring is finally here and it's time to break out the pastel yoga pants, strappy sports bras and light layers. What are some of the THE SWEAT SCENE's must haves this season? Read on to learn about some of our favorite things for spring.

LULULEMON PACE RIVAL CROP
I love these versatile leggings from lululemon (I wear them almost everyday). Not only are they the best material for spin, yoga, and barre, but they’re also perfect to wear around campus, in the library, and practically anywhere.

"KALE-ICIOUS" SMOOTHIE FROM KALE ME CRAZY
There's nothing better than a Kale Me Crazy “Kale-icious” smoothie as a post-workout refuel. I also love bringing one of these with me as I walk through the Atlanta Beltline on a nice sunny ATL day!

LULULEMON DEFINE JACKET
This awesome lululemon zip-up serves as both workout and lounge attire. I'm obsessed with the colors, patterns, and the way it fits!

TORY SPORT FOR FITBIT STRIPED GROSGRAIN BRACELET
Tory Burch recently launched her activewear line "Tory Sport" and it’s as bright, preppy, and patterned as you'd expect. Tory's trendy take on the Fitbit goes perfectly with a sundress and sandals, so it won't ruin your outfit.

NIKE FREE FLYKNITS
They legitimately make it feel like you're walking on clouds and they make it easy to wear workout stuff to class without looking like a gym hardo.

ALO YOGA AIRBRUSH LEGGINGS
I'm obsessed with these leggings from Bloomingdale's. They’re super versatile, comfy, and the perfect addition to your spring workout wardrobe.

LULULEMON MEN'S PACE BREAKER SHORTS
The built in underwear and large zippered pocket on these shorts makes going on a run extremely convenient. They are perfect for anything from high intensity cardio to lounging around the house.

PLANTRONIC BACKBEAT FIT BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES
While a bit pricey, these headphones are a good investment if you love running with music and are looking for a bluetooth set. They have great battery life and sound, and best of all, are super comfy!

SQUARE BARS
I am so addicted to Quest Bars, but they have so much protein and artificial ingredients. Square Bars are completely vegan and gluten free and have 10 grams of plant based protein. Oh, and they are only about 200 calories and literally taste like a chocolate bar. My obsession is real!  —Gabrielle Levitt (Vanderbilt '18)

MANDUKA EKO SUPERITE TRAVEL YOGA MAT
I would give Mary Poppins a run for her money in terms of how much stuff I manage to fit into my bag. The Manduka EKO Superlite Travel Mat folds up and is the perfect alternative for someone with minimal space to spare.  —Carlyn Shear (Emory '15)
